Studio Abby is a residential interior design studio founded by Abigail Ponciano.
The work is rooted in the belief that a home should work beautifully before it ever tries to impress—and then do both with ease. Each project is approached with care, intention, and a deep respect for how people truly live in their spaces.
Hi, I’m Abigail Ponciano, the designer behind Studio Abby.
I bring a diverse background in project coordination, procurement, and hands-on collaboration with contractors and vendors, allowing me to bridge the gap between concept and execution with clarity and confidence.
My experience working on high-end residential projects has shaped a design process that is organized, transparent, and grounded in real-world application. I’m equally comfortable honoring architectural history as I am incorporating modern tools and technology to improve how a space performs.
Our Design Philosophy
Our work is guided by historical influence, cultural respect, and an appreciation for thoughtful, lived-in design. I believe good interiors begin with function: considered layouts, durable materials, and practical solutions that support everyday life. From there, style is layered intentionally—resulting in homes that feel refined, personal, and meant to be lived in, not just looked at.

In recognition of my design philosophy and creative promise, I was awarded the NEWH Innovator Scholarship for Interior Design. This honor reflects my commitment to thoughtful, forward-looking work and a design approach rooted in intention, care, and longevity.
